“Who will my main contact be?”

Your main point of contact will always be your project lead. Whether that be one of us or another one of our contractors, you will always have someone to call and get information from.

“How can I get a hold of that person? In a crisis, who is my backup contact?”

You will have their email, work phone and cell phone. In case of emergency, we don’t mess around. You will have our information as well.

“What is the re-write and re-design policy on campaign concepts you give me?”

We budget into each and every project 2 rounds of reviews – and the corrections those include – whether it be rewrites or redesigns. If you require more, then we will adjust the release plan accordingly. Our client’s happiness with their campaign is our main concern.

“Can I see testimonials or contact current/former clients for referrences?”

Of course you can. We have a deck with recommendations from some of our top clients.

“What makes up a perfect relationship between client and agency?”

The perfect relationship between a client and a customer is most certainly that both feel they can communicate freely.

While we understand you are the client, we would be doing you a huge injustice if we did not speak candidly about our options and insights. We will not tiptoe around it and we expect you to do the same.

We do know, however that at any time you can override our suggestions – but as long as we have a healthy dialog and you make decisions with your eyes wide open, we believe we have done our due diligence.

Analytics & Results

“Can you show me examples of work you’ve done?”

Of course. We have one-sheet analysis of some of our larger projects and also offer a portfolio for you to review.

“How do you measure results in search, social media and overall web performance?”

No customer has a one size fits all solution.  Everything we do is customized to your unique situation and takes into account your audience and your business objectives.

We would love to sit down and simply look at your goals and at what you’ve done in the past so we can set up the perfect strategy – measuring it – and deeming it a success or failure is based on what we need to accomplish.

“Do I get access to my business’s analytics software/accounts?”

We would be happy to give you direct access if you go through a brief training session with one of our experts. We want to make sure you know what you are looking at and also understand it.

We also will provide you with fully-explained reports on a weekly basis – unless more frequent reports are needed.

“Do you promise results? What happens if those results are not attained?”

We believe in what we do. While we have expertise and experience in the marketplace, we of course can’t predict every single reaction consumers will have to campaigns.

But we do guarantee we will work diligently and thoroughly to make sure you get what you need and we will also give you reasonable result expectations.


“Do your employees work independently or as a team?”

We believe the best ideas come from collaboration. While we do have a project lead and team members do work independently as well, we all come together to insure we are on the same page and work is in line with our customer and project goals.

“Am I supposed to provide you with ideas, or do you do the research, create the pitches, design the content, build the strategy, etc.?”

Nothing is worse than going into a customer’s place of business and pitching something that is totally off base. It is for that reason we ask you to send us as much research and guidance as you can as well as what you liked and didn’t like about your previous campaigns.

If you want to go a totally different direction, tell us! We will take our lead from you – and your comfort level.

We have amazing creative talent on our side. We can do it all or just portions of your campaign. You just let us know.

 “Will the same group of people always be working on my account?”

If we believe the current team is working well together and also getting the results needed, then yes. We will do our best to keep the same team together. But if we need new blood to help give a project new life then we will do that!

The Financial Details

“When do you require payment? Weekly, monthly, quarterly?”

We bill on a monthly basis, on the 15th and also send along an hourly summary. The invoice is due net 15.

Equity Linked Savings“Do you require a retainer?”

We do require a one-month upfront retainer.

“How much are you authorized to spend on my marketing strategy without my knowledge?”

Absolutely nothing. We will keep you informed every step of the way and if we are possibly going to go over the allocated hours, then we will let you know and get your sign off.

We do not charge you for anything other than what has been agreed to in writing. All hourly overages or one-off costs require approval in writing.

“Is work paid for upfront or after it’s been completed?”

Work is paid for on a monthly basis once the retainer is received.

Our strength is in our vast knowledge of the digital marketing industry but also in our creativity and willingness to color outside the lines.

Digital marketing is really a new field in the marketplace – but it’s been around for quite some time! We’ve been here since the beginning and understand how things constantly evolve and also love to get creative.

“What kind of risks will you take with my marketing strategy?” (Hint: Some level of risk can definitely be a good thing.)

The level of risk we take will be guided by what you are comfortable with. While we do certainly believe with risk comes reward, we understand your brand is YOUR brand. And we will go over all the ideas, issues and risks with you and give you what you need to make a good decision.

“In your opinion, what should be the number one, key, most essential aspect of any marketing strategy?”

Every marketing strategy, regardless of size, has to be flexible and adaptable. Some strategies work, some don’t. The ability to make changes based on real-time results and data will insure the strategy we create together will work.
